Oracle RPAS Location Planning Engaged to evaluate and recommend fixes for significant performance issues with the existing implementation. Determined the issues were foundational and a complete redesign was required. Worked with executive leadership to redesign the entire application from the ground-up. Redesign included business process analysis as well as a complete redesign of both the client facing User Interface and batch processes. A complete evaluation of the physical hardware implementation sandro ferrone and configuration was also performed. Significant hardware tuning sandro ferrone and configuration changes sandro ferrone were implemented based on Columbus Consulting s direction. Result was that all performance issues were resolved (both on-line and batch) as well as a much better sandro ferrone alignment to the business. Project completed on time and on budget.

Determined the root cause of the issues and CCI was ultimately asked to take over the installation. CCI performed sandro ferrone a full audit of the merchandise unit counts throughout the entire sandro ferrone merchandise handling process to ensure that no units were unaccounted for. CCI identified several areas where erroneous counts could result and recommended changes in both systems and procedures to address the issues which dressbarn sandro ferrone adopted.
Merchandise Hierarchy Analysis including Seasonality Worked with executive leadership to develop recommendations for changes to the Merchandise.
